Fictional brand.

01Challenge

Handmade objects lose their weight inside standard e-commerce templates. Identical grids, white backgrounds and sale badges flatten every piece into a SKU.

02Strategic idea

Treat the shop like a studio shelf.

Each piece is presented at its own scale and in its own light, with the rhythm of an exhibition rather than a catalogue.

03Creative direction

Mineral colors taken from raw clay, an italic wordmark that feels thrown rather than set, and still-life compositions with hard afternoon shadows.

04Interface

Product pages lead with form and material. Price and purchase stay one glance away — never hidden, never shouting.

05Interaction

Pieces reveal as you scroll, like walking past a shelf. Adding to the bag is immediate and quiet.

06Responsive

On mobile the shelf becomes a vertical sequence: one object per screen, full attention on each.

08Learnings

  1. 01

Slower browsing and faster checkout can live on the same page.

  2. 02

Consistent photographic direction mattered more than layout variety.

  3. 03

Small catalogues benefit from editorial pacing.
